This is an extension program (to the Radical Empowerment Program) for people who really want to reach a vibratory rate of between 350 and 500 on the scale of consciousness that runs from 0 -1000. This is the point at which, according to David Hawkins, M.D., Ph.D, people begin to operate more in the quantum realm of reality.

In other words, if you become able to consistently vibrate at around this level, you will be operating less in 3-dimensional reality and more in the 4th and 5th dimensions.

What would that mean? Well, it would mean that Radical Empowerment would take on a whole new meaning for you. You would be able to make a much greater contribution to the world, especially in terms of planetary healing and the creation of world peace, than if you were vibrating below 350 and still operating in 3-dimensional reality. Objectives for Participants of the “500 Club” Program:

Within a period of 12 months —

• To become fully committed to their personal transformation through Radical Forgiveness.
• To become conscious, accountable, self-observing, and forgiving of self and others.
• To calibrate above 500 on the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness.
• To become a living demonstration of the transforming power of Radical Forgiveness as a model for others to follow and to help them to do so.
• To create a life of abundance, peace, love, joy and fulfillment.

Activities That Will Lead to Objectives Fulfillment:

Participants will commit to —

	Cleaning up relationships and any unfinished business, within the year, through the use of the RF Technology and by taking other necessary “worldly” actions, such as clearing debts, making amends, fulfilling agreements, etc. [RF Coaching is available for those who need individual help in addition to that provided.]
	Working on specific long-standing and/or unyielding forgiveness issues such as with parents, siblings, abusers, etc., using the RF technology, including the free on-line worksheet tutorial, on-line courses, RF workshops, and RF coaching, with the aim of being totally at peace with regard to those issues by the end of the twelve month period.
	Working on forgiving oneself, clearing one’s shadow and accepting oneself unconditionally, using the RF technology, including the online Self-Forgiveness and Self-Acceptance Programs, and/or workshops, so that by the end of the 12-month period they will feel a profound sense of peace about who they are.
	Keeping a daily “Awareness Journal,” noting any situations that occurred that day in which they noticed themselves judging, projecting, laying blame, justifying or making interpretations or assumptions about situations and events that happened that day.
	Focusing on the weekly “awareness practice of the week” as posted on the web site, and to actively participate in the bi-weekly tele-conference cyber-meeting during which the practices completed prior to the meeting are discussed.
	To be a willing member of a bi-weekly, small group, [four to six] RF support group meeting organized as a conference call by agreement with the members, or as a local face-to-face group meeting.
	To be willing to tell others about the program in order to expand its reach.

Personal Investment to Be In The “500 Club” Program — $1,650
This includes the $365 for the basic Radical Empowerment program, plus one free Miracles workshop ($695) and one free Radical Self-Forgiveness workshop ($425), the telebridge program, four free hours of coaching and the Self-Forgiveness/Acceptance online programs, all of which must be taken during the 12-month period.

Upgrading From The Basic Program to The “500 Club” Program
You may transfer from the basic Self-Empowerment program to the “500 Club” program at any time. The cost would be $1,650, but the $365 would be non-refundable.

Self-Evaluation:
At the end of the 12 months, participants complete a self-scoring evaluation questionnaire. Support group members are asked to help the participant in this process, and in doing so should be truthful and honest as well as kind and sensitive. This self-evaluation will help participants decide whether they have legitimately completed the program and deserve the awards, or need to renew. Awards:

All participants who feel they deserve the awards will receive

	A certificate of completion from the Institute for Radical Forgiveness
	The designation — “Membership of the 500 Club”
	The right to apply for certification as a support group coordinator [responsible for helping people form support groups, helping them get used to and maintain the format and staying in touch with a number of groups].
	The right to be considered for training to become “ambassadors.” [Ambassadors are those who give lectures at churches and other organizations and enroll participants.]
